7:15 – Main Meeting – Frank McKinney, Real Estate Artist and Indianapolis Native

On April 10, the CIREIA will host renowned Real Estate Artist and 5x international bestselling author, Frank McKinney, as he returns to his hometown to speak with local real estate investors and businesspeople. He will speak at the General Meeting, as the Main Meeting speaker. McKinney's story is so inspiring and has taught him many lessons that he looks forward to sharing with other investors and entrepreneurs.

As a child, McKinney attended four different high schools after being asked to leave the first three. He graduated from his Indianapolis high school with a 1.8 GPA, and decided to move down to Florida with only $50 in his pocket. He found odd jobs for his first four years down there, before making a $7,000 profit on his first real estate project at the age of 22.

McKinney has been making real estate markets for nearly 25 years and continues to create his one-of-a-kind homes. His most recent work of art, Aqua Liana, sold for $22.9 million. It is the world's largest, triple certified green mansion. This Real Estate Artist has created many other masterpieces, too. Since his first $2.2 million oceanfront spec home sold in 1992, McKinney has created and sold 38 oceanfront properties with an average selling price of more than $14 million.

His credentials also include five International bestselling books, and he will discuss two recent releases on the 26th; Burst This! Frank McKinney's Bubble-Proof Real Estate Strategies and The Tap.

In addition, McKinney is a sought after speaker, ultra-marathon runner (footraces of 135+ miles), an accomplished demolition derby driver, and has raced and jumped motorcycles.

This daredevil and successful entrepreneur is also a philanthrocapitalist, who founded The Caring House Project Foundation to build homes for some of the world's poorest people. "Frank McKinney is an amazing person and astute businessman," said CIREIA president, Lucy Brenton. "He creates the most expensive homes in the world for luxury buyers, yet builds homes for the poorest of the poor in Haiti."

Currently, the Foundation is focusing much of its work to rebuild Haiti and providing emergency relief as needed. At the meeting, McKinney will also discuss the work done through this Foundation.

McKinney will be selling his books that night, with proceeds going to The Caring House Project Foundation. Those attending this special event may have their photo taken with Mr. McKinney as well as ask him to inscribe the copies of his books they purchase. "To meet this man in person is to be inspired to be better yourself; to grow more, give more, do more," said Brenton.  "I challenge you to read his books, meet him in person if you ever get the chance and adopt for yourself the attitude of servant leadership that Frank McKinney embodies."
