Event Description

Do you typically end the year resolving to get healthier and lose a few pounds? Would you like to experience the holidays feeling fit and equipped to make healthy choices for optimal well-being?

If you said “yes”, then this four part workshop is for you!

The Healthy for the Holidays program is designed to provide you with the resources, tools and support to be lighter in body, mind and spirit. Discover how to effectively release unwanted weight, excess stress and the lifestyle habits that get in the way of you truly thriving.

Join certified wellness coaches Lucy Buckner, M.S. and Blair McKissock MSEd, as they guide you in adopting a low glycemic lifestyle before the holiday season begins; when January 2011 arrives you can feel fit and healthy instead of facing holiday weight gain that is so common for most of us. This series is offered telephonically, allowing you to participate from the comfort and privacy of your own home. Each call will be recorded if you are unable attend the live discussion.

The series begins with the RESET program, a 5 day high-fiber sugar cleanse that will end your cravings for sugar and refined carbohydrates and help you naturally make healthy eating a way of life. You will be coached through the 5 days while enjoying low glycemic shakes, bars, fresh fruits and vegetables as you reset your metabolism.

During this workshop you will learn:
• The health benefits of a low glycemic lifestyle versus “diets”
• How to incorporate and maintain a lifestyle of eating that nourishes you while allowing you to release unwanted weight
• The relationship between stress, sleep and weight gain
• Practical, easy tips for shopping, entertaining and eating out

The cost of the program is only $160, which includes a RESET kit (retail price is $119) and four calls that will teach healthy lifestyle tips for long lasting success. In addition, you will receive a separate one-on-one coaching call where you will create a wellness plan tailored to your unique health goals.

We have had the joy and privilege of coaching dozens of clients through the 5 day RESET Program with great results: they lose sugar and carbohydrate cravings, body fat and feelings of sluggishness while they gain self confidence, energy, and a sense of control. We believe the scientifically designed nutritional products accompanied by professional coaching and support is the key to permanent lifestyle change and better health. As one client said recently, "Why did I wait so long to do this? It has transformed my life!"

Don’t wait; give yourself the priceless gift of health and wellbeing.
