You’ve heard it countless times, Indianapolis has become a world class city thanks to our success in attracting some of the most sought-after sporting events and headquartered organizations around. From the NCAA to USA Gymnastics, Men’s Basketball Final Fours to Olympic trials, and now, Superbowl 2012, Indianapolis is America’s Amateur Sports capital!
Now it’s your chance to join in the excitement that has made our city great. On Nov. 13 come to the Skyline Club to learn about the history of the organization that’s spearheaded this economic driver of our city, the Indiana Sports Corporation. President Susan Williams will provide an overview of ISC history. She will be joined by Mark Miles, president of the Superbowl 2012 Committee who will provide perspective on the bid process and where we all can plug into the excitement of being a Superbowl city. You will also hear from a current ISC volunteer about their experience with ISC.
In addition, also have the opportunity to plug into ISC that evening – information on volunteer opportunities for the 2009 Men’s and Women’s Big 10 Tournament and NCAA Men’s Regional will be on hand.
Don’t miss this special event, brought to you by the Indy Hub Big Events Calendar sponsors and, our special host, Indiana State Farm. Appetizers, limited open bar service and fun provided.
