* Business uses for Twitter and Twitter etiquette
* Using Twitter for research
* Sales prospecting using Twitter
* Twitter software for business
* Tracking statistics on Twitter
* How to get started locally

This is an introductory/mid-level class designed for those who are not yet using Twitter or who are just getting started but would like to go to the next level.
