Thank you for the invitation, Linda. Just an FYI, there are additional women's networks in Indy. I'm unable to attend your meeting today, but keep in touch!
Hello Lola,

Sorry you were unable to join us today. We are aware there are additional networks in Indy for women-only. To our knowledge we are the only one that targets the "over 40 market" and is based on relationship-building strategies. We have women are not yet "40", but are transitioning in some way which is another niche market for us as well as the "young" entrepreneur and/or the woman moving into her own business.

We do have a south side neighborhood network in Beech Grove and will be launching in Greenwood and the north side early fall. Hopefully you can join us for one of the neighborhood meetings very soon! Watch for them to be posted on Smaller Indiana.
Hello Lola - my name is Vicki and I am just over 40 and a business owner and interested in whether you were able to start a group on the north side this past fall. I am located in Carmel and interested. Thanks and the best of luck with your group.

Sincerely,

Vicki

Hi Vicki. . I'm Linda Fitzgerald President of A Women's Place Network, Inc and we do business as Affiliated Women Intl. I put the West Side info up here at Smaller Indiana. YES, we did just start the North Side Neighborhood Network and they met on Thursday, November 13. Neighborhood Directors are Lisa Jones (Decor and You) and Heather Lapham Kuhn, Concept Design Studio.

We will not have separate neighborhood network meetings this month, as our Holiday Celebration is tomorrow evening, December 4, at Methodist Hospital downtown in Conference Rooms A & B. You are most cordially invited to join us as we have a number of guests who are joining us. Also, this month completes our "charter year" membership and we are encouraging any woman who is interested to enroll before midnight on 12/31 in order to take advantage of our very low charter year rates. Charter member rates never increase. . . so that's quite an advantage.

I believe I have the Holiday Celebration up here at S.I. in the Forum section under events. If you want to attend though, you can send me a return message from here and I'll put you on our RSVP list. The event starts at 5:45 and ends at 8:00. The only "cost" is a covered dish of your favoriate holiday food for our buffet pitch-in and 1 to 2 canned good products for GLEANERS Food Bank. That's it.

Thanks so much Vicki for your inquiry & we look forward to meeting you very soon!

Linda S., Fitzgerald
When is your next meeting?
Cissi,

My sincere apologies if I didn't see this until now. The West Side neighborhood network meets the first Tuesday of each month and will meet again on January 6, 2009 at O'Charley's on East St. Rd. 36 in the Avon area.

We are hostessing our first annual Holiday Celebration tomorrow evening, DECEMBER 4 from 5:45 - 8:00 p.m. at Methodist Hospital downtown in Conference Rooms "A" & "B". You are very cordially invited to join us. I believe the information is under "Events" here at S.I., but you can reply to this and I'll add you to our RSVP list.

Thanks so much,

Linda S. Fitzgerald
