Family owned and it's the Chamber of Commerce building? I'm a bit confused. I'm not a big fan of anything when it has the Chamber of Commerce stamp on it, for many reasons.

Chad,

When the building was built in 1924 (completed in 1926), the Indianapolis Chamber of Commerce wanted their offices in the newest building in town, so the owners of the building named it "The Chamber of Commerce Building."

The Indianapolis Chamber of Commerce moved its offices to the Chase Tower about 10 years ago. They were the building's first tenant.
