Smaller Indiana

Making people and ideas findable

I'm absolutely outraged by the help our government gives big business as well as big finance. Not only do the banks blame every mortgage loan partner ie. appraisers, mortgage brokers for the current mortgage issues the country now faces, they have the audacity to accross the board increase credit card interest rates as well as cancel well estiblished business lines of credit for the sole purpose of covering thier assets. You get my drift!
I was told by my own bank that since they must pay back the TARP money with interest...this money must come from somewhere which is to say each comsumer and/or tax paying citizen. Now I must state for the record 1) my average credit score is 790 2) I'm a mortgage broker by trade 3) A tax paying american citizen just like you! 4) I have never been late on any payment!
When is enough...enough? How long can we the public be the one's to give? Why is the fault of over leverage situations across America always the public's stupidity?
Wasn't it the FEDERAL RESERVE who instructed us to pull equity out in order to buy stocks, invest in our 401k and we trusted someone with a PH d in finance to know exactly or as educated as one could be ...to get sound advice.
Perhaps I'm all wet here so please everyone chime in on the conversation....exhale.
