CHANGING the WORLD... Making INDIANA the GLOBAL HOT SPOT

I had a wonderful meeting with a CRAZY individual whom I invited to check out SMALLER INDIANA. He is just crazy enough to make one of his goals to CHANGE THE WORLD and make INDIANA a GLOBAL power... and he is Passionate about it.

Myron Kanning is different, he is passionate about business, and after 33 years at one of the Largest Global Companies Based out of Batesville IN, he decided to start to SHAPE the minds of our young people by becoming a PROFESSER at IU in Bloomington in the KELLEY SCHOOL of BUSINESS.

So... after a CRAZY meeting with a couple of other WORLD CHANGERS, we decided to see if there are any other SMOOSIERS out there that would like to start to CHANGE THE WORLD... SERIOUSLY. Your Ideas about how to make Indiana the GLOBAL POWER are coveted here...

Now check out this BOOK review from Myron Kanning... and a quote of his... then become his friend here on SI and share your thoughts, invite him to speak at your organizations function, or leadership teams... he is ready for it.

"Our future task for the US economy is daunting…the leading indicator of economic health (productivity growth) is slipping…our business and leadership models are broken…yet we ignore the facts…we all suffer from cognitive dissonance…to compete globally…we must change…leaders up/down and throughout the organization have to change their mindsets…yet we cannot force others to change…they will only change if they want to change…they do not want or even think they need to change…they see no reason to change if they keep getting rewarded for flawed actions...we need to give the keys to more heroes…who truly transform organizational mindsets… stretch & align organizations around and through simplicity." -- Myron Kanning 2008
