Far too dependent. I love coffee and have been known to enjoy an occasional Red Bull, but any expert will tell you that these stimulants should be used sparingly, if at all.

Never drank one, never will. They are a sham and worse than homeopathy.

I don't drink any caffeine. Instead I try to do a few quick exercises throughout the day in order to keep my energy levels up and stay focused on what I'm doing.

Arik, Do you take vitamins also, and maybe herbal supplements, also have you thought of antioxidants, those are all good for you to take to help your body function better.

Yes, I do take vitamins. Although I have been experimenting with a few different kinds lately (Men's One a Day, etc.), so if you can suggest others please feel free.

As to other supplements and antioxidants, I stick to a pretty strict diet. Mostly carbs and protein in the morning (trying to gain muscle weight), Lean meats, nuts, and fruit for lunch, salad, lean meat and vegetables for dinner.

Any suggestions are welcome.

THAT'S MY POINT! Monavie has a new one out called emv, go to my website www.mymonavie.bbmona, it has b vitamins, herbs and acai berry that gives you tons of energy, no sugar only from fruit juice so it is natural, these things are incredible they have a berry flavor and lightly carbonated they taste like sparkling juice, Yum, if interested in knowing more we can get together.
