Smaller Indiana

Making people and ideas findable

I'm hosting a large women's shopping event on 11/10 which I currently have 19 vendors for. There are a couple of areas I would love represented and would be so appreciative of any suggestions. I would love a company that sells women's and/or children's clothing represented and someone who sales Christmas decorations/crafts. Anyone out there have any good ideas or contacts??? The event is from 6:00pm to 9:00pm in the Village of West Clay Meeting House. Please feel free to contact me with any suggestions or for more information. khowell@decorandyou.com

How much are you charging for booths? What do you expect the attendance to be? A lot of independent consultants for mlm type companies. Or home based jewelry makers. Check out Etsy.com

What made you decided to do this party? Do you do many like it?

I'm not charging for booths and there is no entrance fee. Shoppers can purchase raffle tickets to support the charity and win one of the already 19 possible raffle prizes. The only thing vendors are required to do is advertise the event to their data base and donate a raffle item with a minimum $50.00 value to benefit our charity. I have paid for the space and it's not a money making event. I am speaking at the event to help build my brand and awareness of my business. This is the first time I'm doing it, but I'm expecting a good turn out with between 100 and 150 women. You should stop by, it's going to be a fun evening!
