I'm taking it as a sign that high-end security chops will become a commodity in this area over the next couple years--as will medical practitioners with IT skills. Nurses often move into "health IT" roles--young prospective nurses should consider a computer science minor or some kind of technical training after graduation to add valuable technical skills to make yourself more marketable in Indy.
