Three Hats Marketing is growing and looking for an entrepreneurial, creative and detailed oriented professional who will be responsible for executing the company’s marketing and business strategies. We are looking for a thought leader with expertise in marketing, PR, lead generation, and brand development to expand our abilities to serve the Indianapolis community as outsourced marketing experts.

Candidates must have a traditional and internet marketing experience with an emphasis on today’s marketing tactics and approaches. Ideal candidates will have experience executing marketing campaigns, strong abilities to handle client interaction and proven results in managing project resources to get initiatives done on time and on budget. Collaboration is a “must-have” and will be a critical component when contributing successfully to the team.

Responsibilities:
• Execute go-to-market strategies for Three Hats Marketing including business development, project scope and proposals.
• Establish marketing project schedules (work-streams, milestones and deliverables) and manage progress to ensure on-time delivery
• Participate in lead generation and demand creation programs (e.g., online marketing, email campaigns, search marketing, direct mail) as outlined by our marketing plan

Skills and Requirements:
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience in marketing communications, internet marketing or PR.
• BA/ BS degree and 2+ years in marketing, preferably with focus on B2B marketing communications, advertising or promotions; online marketing experience including management of web development projects, email marketing, and web video a plus.
• Hands-on experience with managing marketing initiatives including web design / development projects, email marketing and the creation of print collateral and other marketing materials from scratch and driving to completion.
• Experience working directly in a sales capacity, striving to find new business from new and existing customers.
• Strong individual contributor with exceptional organizational and communication skills.
• Desire to hold a key position and heavily contribute to the future success of a growing business.

He's in the 'looking for something bigger and better' mode, pretty successful business background, has IT background and very trustworthy - someone I am working with to help him move up the ladder, etc. I do have his resume also.
