Your link did not take me anywhere.
You have http:// in the link twice, but once I got there, I'm confused about what you're looking for. It's a video and links. Are you looking for opinions on the video or the web design?
Is that a serious question? Both.
I appologize, it was a serious question. The entire site - every page that I went to - just had the links on the bottom and the video on the top. You'll likely find it's extremely difficult to get your site to rank well on the search engines as you have little to no searchable text for them and as of now, the search engines don't put much weight on videos. As Chris mentioned, auto-playing video is not only bad for mobile devices, but also for employees that browse the internet while at work. People like the option of watching videos on-line, not having it shoved down their throats. Also the links being at the bottom of the site and the way they are styled makes it look like one of those page holder sites. It looks like you spent a lot of time on the videos, but didn't spend much time or thought on the web site design. Like Chris the overall look of the site did nothing for me, I had to force myself to click other links in hope of finding a better designed site once I got past the home page, I was disappointed.
Jennifer and April check out seo-browser.com to see how your site is viewed in the eyes of search spiders and bots. Great point about ranking Jennifer. Its good to have alot of internal links but the site needs to have content prominent and up front so the search engines know what your site is about.
The video isnt bad but I wouldnt make it the main focus of the home page. The video loaded quickly on my computer but you never know how quickly video loads, plus auto play video is no good for mobile devices. I would highly encourage switching the links into a tabbed based system above the video instead of at the bottom of the screen. I didnt get past the homepage because the site didnt grab my attention enough to keep me there. There was alot of industry lingo I didnt understand and it didnt fit my eye. If you decide to redesign please leave a link, I would love to see the improvements.
This looks like this might be an excusive area for logged in members, and not actually a web home page? If that is the case, search engine optimization is irrelevant. Is this a design to replace the home page at eps90program.com, or an exclusive logged-in area for members?
I clicked around - it looks like this might be a "video tour" section of your site? Therefore, I think it is fine that the videos are the main focus of the page.

I would recommend putting the navigation links up top as suggested, make sure that the videos start on demand, not automatically, and add a bit of text describing each video content. Maybe suggest a "flow" or specific "order" user's might view the videos in? The key should be that users will know what each web page is about at a glance. Include a descriptive page title to help this.

The SEO stuff won't matter since it will be in a secure area.

Hope this helps!
As soon as the video started I stopped it and left the site. Videos that start automatically are almost as annoying as flash intro's.
I guess I should have clarified that it is not my site. I was wanting opinions on the company itself. Thanks for the replies.
link doesn't work, Even for a seasoned professional. Try again to leave web address, Happy to help with constructive critique!
