Small business networking event on Dec 19th
My company, Voxiant solutions is hosting out first event for other small business owners around Indianapolis. This event is sponsored by Wine for Humanity and is open to 40 other small businesses in Indy. At the event we will have FREE 5 minute back massage, wine tasting, and there will also be opportunities to win prizes while networking with others.

Hey Annie, sorry to hear you cant make it. Yes, we didnt want to do it during the week. Figured people would like to relax, enjoy a massage and mingle with other on a relaxing Saturday. Anyways I will keep you posted on our future events.

I would also like to attend, but Saturday night...too bad its not during the week. Ashan- if I can lend some advice from hosting networking events, a Thursday night is your best bet. Weekends, no matter how awesome the event will be, you'll struggle to get people to attend. Way too many family commitments happen on weekends, plus most people clock out on Friday at 5pm and don't want to think about work until Monday at 8am. Just my two cents.

A few things to consider before joining Smaller Indiana:
1. Please use your real name (first and last) when you sign up, or we cannot open your account
2. Please do not use logos or commercial images for your profile photo
3. Events should be posted in the events calendar
4. You can post pretty much anything you want on your own personal page (self promotion, etc), and you can change the style of your personal profile page to reflect your corporate identification if you so choose.
5. Please keep all comments civil and polite. It's OK to feel strongly about a subject, and it's OK to be critical of ideas, but please refrain from personal attacks of any kind.
If you witness or experience any issues, please contact admin@smallerindiana.com and we will look into the matter.
6. "Blatant self-promotion" is discouraged on SI, and "spam" is not welcome. Please be considerate of your fellow members.
