Making people and ideas findable

I'm in search for a north side office space. Nothing fancy, nothing huge, just enough room for two people to work comfortably.

I'm already aware of the Yeager Properties. (I'm sure someone will recommend them)

Thanks!

Sandra is, from what I know, Commercial...

Cool. Just a thought. Even then, Will's needs are simple. A Broker is overkill for his needs.

Have you talked to Deanna Mitchell at PS Woodfield Crossing at 84th and Keystone? Cheap rates, great location, variety of sizes, you can co-op the space if you want, and they also take Itex.

Let me know, I'll put you in touch.

You might want to check out Craigslist. There are so many opportuntities on there - maybe too many.

Even though you are aware of Yeager Properties, as a current tenant in their Greenwood location I would highly recommend them. They are professional, take care of any problem that might occur and you have endless opportunties to network with not only tenants where you have your office but with 6 other properties. As a tenant you can have a meeting with anyone in any of the conference rooms in any of their locations. I started in an smaller upstairs office and now have moved to an larger office with an outside door. Great for my clients....... Let Nicole know I sent you.....

Try CMC Office Center at 131st and Meridian. Erin and I have an office there.

I've seen Michael's space, and if we weren't on the SW side, I'd rent it. It's definitely worth checking out, Will!

Will, you should check out Officescape. We have very flexible arrangements from on-demand to full-time office space and include many services and technologies that other executive office suites do not and can not offer. We've got 2 locations on the north side, one at 106th & Meridian and the other in College Park, off Michigan Rd. & 465, near the Pyramids.
