Office at 46th and Arlington now leasing offices. We have Semi-private and private offices, Conference rooms and training rooms available. This is a hybrid office space co-working/business incubator. Business consultant on site to help start up companies. They also help with minority certifications. Also on site, legal, construction consulting and a writer. Non-profits are welcome here.

Please let me know if you need any furniture! I offer new, used, and refurbished furniture for any budget. We can also offer leasing....! Needless to say, a great budget-friendly option!

Probably 99.9 percent of my freelance writing assignments are generated via phone or email. It's extremely rare that I ever have face-to-face meetings. But for some, this would work and I think it's a wonderful idea.
