Can Smaller Indiana help Riley Hospital win a game room? Go to http://xbox.childrensmiraclenetwork.org/default.aspx and vote for Riley. You can vote 10 times a day. There are still 10 days to go. If everyone who reads this would vote and then send it to there contacts, maybe we can help Riley get out of 6th place and possibly even win this! GO INDIANA!

Got MOLD!!??!! We have has many real estate agents call us when mold came up on the inspection report on a property with an accepted offer and closing just weeks away. Each time we were able to provide a one day solution, save at least 50% to traditional remediation in plenty of time for the closing. Plus we provide a clearance report to the seller/buyer. Check out the NEW MOLD Solution at AmericanMoldExperts.com or email me at info@americanmoldexperts.com

Also, if anyone offers financial literacy or first time homebuyers seminars, I can come and give a presentation on credit.

Hello Everyone,
I am looking to meet with Realtors that work with clients with higher credit scores ranging from 620-739. I own a credit edcuation company that works with consumers wanting to change their credit score I often work with savvy buyers that understand the benefits of having a 740 credit score vs a 720. If you have a reluntant buyer because they are a few points away from premium rates, I would love the opportunity to see if I can help them. Please visit my website at www.intcredit.info to find out more about us.

Thanks so much. I am confident that our new method will give everyone a new tool and cost effective way to deal with mold issues. As a landlord myself several years ago I had the issue myself with a tenant child getting sick and come to find out mold in their room. My mower had knocked off the down spouts and the rainwater was going under the house which caused the problem. I was afraid of the liability as they were threatening and my attorney had to talk to their attorney and was successfully resolved. I will let you know and thanks again and have a great weekend!
