Has anyone had experience with VM ware? I just purchased Parallels and it has been working ok. I need to get another copy and trying to decide between the both.

Anybody have a use for a 16"-17" Apple CRT color monitor? It is graphite blue/grey and semi-transparent clear (not the lexan transparent one) and stands on three legs It works. It is in Broad Ripple. It is free.

If there are any other SI lawyers using Macs I would love to share ideas. That's a left handed way of saying I want to pick your brains.

I am a recent convert. As a developer who started off on the UNIX side of things, it was inevitable. I even have a Mac at work, if necessary I run Windows under VMWare.

Great to see the Jobscore is big here in smaller Indiana. Four year, 17" G4 laptop user and still going strong with Leopard!

Hmmm... Sam. Sounds like you have a great idea going there. Mac Experience does repairs, but not sure how you would compare. I have some older laptops I could probably use a new case with, but I have found websites online that are fairly in expensive. Do you look to buy used products? I always have someone asking me for an inexpensive unit they can learn on.

Hello...I saw one of my friends was part of this group and felt I should join up...I just started a business called "macBack" where I repair, install and do consulting for Macintosh computers.

Thank you for having me as a member, I am currently working on the website:

http://www.macbackonline.com

I will keep you all updated on the progress.
