After reading their article again, I think their process was fairly good and even the results aligned well with some of my assessments. I would like to know what places they tried and didn't make the list. In my quest, I am attempting to find great burgers that fit everyman's budget. You'd better get a damn good burger at the Capitol Grill or the Weber Grill for the prices they charge. I like the dives and they included a couple of them. In no way can I begin to include Five Guys on a list like that, chain, you know. I don't consider Scotty's a chain because I've met Scott face to face and follow him on Twitter and he's a genuine participant at the store level. Can't say that about Five Guys. I'd like to know more about the reviewers personally. A reporter on assignment may have a different take than someone like me with a real quest and not just a story. Just banged out some random thoughts. If any of you Indianapolis Monthly reviewers would like to meet up, I'd love to talk to you about the story AND great burgers.
