I don't mean to put this on blast but,I have a client that is a cash buyer who is looking to purchase multiple properties around the indianapolis area. He is looking for 3 bed 1 bath in fair or good condition $40k and under. He is also looking to purchase a large multi-unit this is also a cash deal. So if you happen to have or know anyone who is looking to unload any of these properties please let me know.

Thank you for taking the time to read this. If there is anything I can do to help any of you please send me a note!
