Oh, you westside coffee mavens, (from the Yiddish word meyvn - from the Hebrew word mebin. Dictionary.com), don't you know Realtors keep bankers' hours? All summer long, I'm on daylight slaving, I mean, saving time. This time of year, I typically sleep in late. I start my coffee by 9:am, finish with
the sudoku, cryptoquip and crossword by 10:am and am ready for my
morning nap. I need lots of energy, to sort through the thousands of photos I've taken, in order to design my 2010 calendar to deliver to my clients prior to the New Year! This weekend, however, I expect to be negotiating an offer for my Geist listing which will fill me with such incredible energy, cold coffee will steam in my hands. Don't test me though. I'm giving up sugar till Christmas and may be a bit cranky. In other words, I'll be there, maybe in my jammies.

Thanks for answering, Bj. I'll have to get over to see you soon.

Marita, yes I have some really nice fresh beans on the shelf! Our darkest roast, (French Roast) is Dancing Elephant, and our lightest is a lovely Costa Rican. The flavors of coffee are so varied depending on the growing region and roast level. Coffee is so much fun when you really get into it with all the different ways you can roast and brew it to bring out different nuances. Cheers!

Oh, you westsiders are so active. Did I see Bjava in the
indystar? I am a grinder, been grinding my own for years, I am really
into Columbian right now; love french roast - if it's not burnt black. I
used to be able to get good Costa Rican, but lost my connect. I really
enjoy a coffee that's very robust but not bitter. Any suggestions?
