Making people and ideas findable

are there any industrial buildings or lots that are easily (and legally) accessible in the in Bloomington area. I want to shoot some footage for a series of video art pieces and I have already had my fill of parking garages. Anyone know of some places nearby?

The old Tuto Bene restaurant space at 213 S. Rogers Street may be available to shoot in. Tuto Bene closed, and I know a new school program is taking its place, but you may be able to use it. It's worth looking into. It's a huge space, has lots of windows for natural lighting.

I actually looked into using this space for a photoshoot myself. Here are some pics of the location I screencaptured from Google maps:
