I would like to ask any members of this group to comment on a New Real Estate Project we have just released information on. The project is the first Smart Building condo/conversion project in Indianapolis. We are working with and trying to address the issues of how one's living space should/could interact with ones life style and carbon footprint. Trying to combine the issues of architectural preservation with energy efficiency.Wi Fi high speed internet High Tech social networking building capabilities and interaction and cost affordable pricing. The IBJ did a story today in the Real Estate Section and our web site will be finished in 10 days. All comments/quesitons/insights/points of view welcome

Hello all, I am also new to the group. I'm a writer and architectural historian. I help owners and builders working in historic districts create green homes that also comply with historic standards.

Hi everybody!

I just joined, finding the concept of the group as being a wonderful way to network and learn from each other more information about our individual and professional interests.

I am a licensed psychologist in private practice during the week, and a professional photographer [using a Nikon D90] on the weekends, which keeps me very busy.

If anyone knows of any exterior locations [rock formations, ponds, creeks, beautiful bridges, waterfalls, etc.] around the immediate Indy-area, I would appreciate any information about where a photographer can go for an outdoor shoot in a unique setting /environment.

All suggestions are welcomed.

If your organization, business, or club has a need for a guest motivational speaker for "Overcoming Adversity in Life", please contact me either here on SI, or through my website at www.LifeCareCounselingServices.com.

Hope to hear from you!

This looks like an interesting forum...I am currently working on the retrofiting/remodeling of a 1928 Historic Building in Herron Morton that will be the first "Smart Building" in Indianapolis...As we go further along in the development I would welcome visitors and comments...

Hi everyone,

I am new to Smaller Indiana and just learning how it all works. I did quickly look through the groups and thought this one sounded like it is a definite match to my own creative enterprises. I am an art jewelry designer DBA Magickal Dragon Designs. And, my studio is located at Blooming Dragon Emporium at 5620 E. Washington Street in Irvington on Indy's eastside. This is the gallery/studio that my business partner and I opend last September. So we are still working on trying to figure out how to market and promote our business effectively and still remain very cost conscious. So, I am looking forward to make contact here with other art businesses and marketing and promotional ideas.
