Kendal,

That's great! We have alot in common. Like you, I have a friend that started a website called "Anchor of Life" (www.anchoroflife.org) and like you, I've submitted an article as well.

Visit the website and view the "Divine Connection & Intervention" page. That's my piece.

In the meantime, let's stay in touch. I'm certain that it's not by chance that we've met. :-)

Looking forward to seeing what develops here with your group.

I don't know if this is of interest or how you see this group going, but I recently submitted an article to a new magazine called Full Spirit in Tallahassee, Florida.

I know its creator is having a hard time getting it off the ground--I can't imagine starting a publication in today's economy but he has "faith", and with that and God anything is possible, right? There's some spelling errors on his site (like I can talk much about that) but he has a dream and he's going for it. I admire that!

My assignment was originally to write (and provide photos) about how I felt about living and working with "disabilities"--a word that I've been hearing a lot lately, but have never really felt "disabled." The assignment later was changed to something more work-related. Before long, I ended up with this.

This isn't meant to be a "pity" piece, I hope perhaps that someone feels comfort in reading it--faith and hope.

Good luck with your group Joe!
