Programmers should be adept at Flash and Action Script 2.0. Knowledge of XML and HTML, Java Scripting, etc. is a plus as is the ability to use Photoshop. Writers should be able to handle instructional writing - and be comfortable with writing for e-courses. Contact me if you match this description.
