Just a heads up- I received a spam this morning that appeared to be from Twitter and instructing me that I needed to change/update my Twitter password, with the usual phishing link to a page where I can do that- by entering my current password (a little cognitive dissonance for you right there). No unsolicited email that instructs you to enter or change a password (or provide any other personal information) should be believed, and hijacking Twitter and other social media accounts is on the rise. That said, you should change your passwords every once in a while, but never from an email instructing you to do so- always do that the right way, by going to your preferences/account management page after logging in to the social network site. And, of course, use a mix of characters (still, the most common password is 123456), and don't use the same password for all your accounts.

Those of you who have interest in your own well-being can follow me @energywithinus

I post life style tips as well as health and wellness

You might find them amusing

example:
if you do not feel well and the tests proved to be negative, but you still experience some symptomes - good news!!

Your imbalance is in Stage #1 (you are not diseased!!! yet...). When the cause cannot be identified medically, the issues are often lay in the areas of emotions/diet/digestion/elimintaion .

1. Re-think your emotional status; see things like whether a blessing from th above or lessons.
2. Modify your diet
3. Improve diestion with enzymes
4. See if that alone will take care of an elimination project.

By improving digestion our body is readilly fogives us many other sins

Greetings, group! I am @yankeedoodling ... mostly political conservative tweets will come from my corner of the stream. I just registered the hashtag #si ... if you will tag any Smaller Indiana tweets with this tag, we'll easily be able to find and follow each other in the stream.
