Only events I've been to are the first few gatherings that Shareasale and Rick mcGrath organized up in Chicago. This will be interesting.

Tricia - I was at the original Affiliate Cruise in 2003! Then Shawn broke off with the Missy to create the summits. My last one was Vegas in 2008. We probably have bumped into each other. I haven't been to an east coast one yet.

I'm sure I can drag one or two others along, there's an old ABWer just down the road from me.

I agree, it nothing else, we can start with the 5 of us and grow from there?

Maybe even if we start small with a luncheon or something--we need to get connected to one another.

Surely we've crossed paths, Chuck? I haven't missed an Affiliate Summit since June of 2006. :)

Do you think we have enough people to get something going in Indy? I would be happy to jump in and help plan if others are interested.

I think an Indiana affiliate conference just like Blog Indiana would be great. I've been to (and spoken at) several Affiliate Summits and they were extremely helpful.

Kristin, we talked once about getting some affiliate marketers together for a lunch or meeting, maybe this would be something we could do through this group. It's been a couple of years since I've attended a meeting with any other AMers...
