Making people and ideas findable

I would be interested in knowing more. I've done a lot of tradeshows in the past and find they can be very informative and useful. It's a great way to be seen but needs to be very organized to be successful.

Susan, I agree with you 100%. If you have any major pointers or ideas to make the event a bigger success, we would love to hear them.

Thanks for the comments Susan! We are focusing on people who are thinking about starting a business, those who have just started a business, and those who own a small business, who want valuable resources at their fingertips.

The exhibitors will be organizations and businesses who can provide a service or product for the individuals mentioned above. We will limit the exhibitors to 2-3 businesses in the same field in order to provide as much information in various fields as possible.

We are inviting networking groups to be a part of this event to inform individuals about organizations who help people connect and grow together.

Seminars will be ongoing throughout the day to enlighten us on starting a business, managing a business, social media and networking.

The exhibit floor is open from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. for people to come and go as they please, to gather information, and grow. Networking is encouraged for everyone. In fact, we have set aside a special time for networking from 6:00 to 8:00 pm with free appetizers.

This has been well-planned and organized to make the Indiana Small Business Fair a most valuable and fun event for everyone. We'd love to have others onboard, if they so desire, to engage in the fair and show Indiana that Small Businesses is on the move!! With all the talk about recession, there should be no depression! - Not with Small Businesses!

Cathy, count me "in" tentatively, as I'm not sure how the summer will progress.
Johnnie, it sounds like Cathy, et al, know what they're doing.
Hope to meet you both there!
