Hey Joe, Phillip is right, my studio in Westfield is for rent by the hour. In fact I'm having an open house on November 7th and you're invited as well as the rest of the Indiana Photography group, but I'd be happy to give you a personal tour of the facilities before that if you'd like. I realize this is far-fetched, but you could probably use my space from time-to-time. The catch is that I'm in Kokomo. Still, maybe it's an option for you.
