As part of the Housing and Economic Recovery Act of 2008, HUD created the Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP) to mitigate the neighborhood effects of foreclosure and to stimulate the housing market. Under this program, IHCDA designed the Market Stabilization Program to assist income-eligible households purchase and rehabilitate foreclosed homes throughout Indiana. The Market Stabilization Program offers homebuyers at or below 120% of area median income up to $15,000 (not to exceed 20% of purchase price) to purchase a foreclosed home as their principal residence.

I am really impressed with the roundabouts in Carmel. To be honest when I first heard of it I was surprised they were being built in the first place. Having lived on Cape Cod for years, you always read about the latest accident on the roundabouts.

The Keystone Project has to happen. Also, US31 roundabouts in Carmel are looking to be on schedule as well. It will truly be an amazing thing when both corridors are complete. Carmel is quickly becoming a "World Class Edge City."

I drive through West Carmel/Clay just about every day. It's so easy to get around, even in rush hour. Other munis like Fishers have to widen roads to handle the growth. Roundabouts are so much smarter and sustainable!

Those roundaouts are taking forever! They will be nice when they are done. I on Carmel Drive and we are getting all the triffice because of it.

I live in Carmel. Have you heard about the keystone roundabouts taking place?
