Join the team at the Indiana Association for Community Economic Development (IACED) as Deputy Director. A complete job description is available here (PDF). The Deputy Director supports the development, design, and delivery of IACED’s technical assistance and training programs, fee for service consulting, public policy advocacy, and special projects. The Deputy Director also serves as the Program Manager for the Indianapolis Coalition for Neighborhood Development (ICND). ICND is a 20-plus member association of community development organizations. Related to ICND, the Deputy Director is responsible for meeting facilitation, technical assistance, and policy development. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Master’s preferred) and a minimum of 3 years experience with real estate development, community development, or nonprofit management, including some supervisory experience. Knowledge of community economic development funding and financing resources, including CDBG, HOME, NMTC, and Section 42 programs, is preferred.
