I am excited about being a part of this group. I own my own Virtual Assistant business here in Indiana (www.execuessential.com) and have just gotten certified in Social Media Marketing. I also am the Project Manager for our United Way, and have been talking to them about social media, so would love to hear what others are doing with re: to non-profits.

i have a new social media tool (i know i know...too many already out there) but i'm looking for some conservationists, people who have got a lot to say, to test this puppy out. Need feedback, ideas, support, another developer who knows php and javascript incredibly well, and some investing :) Within the year we'll be adding a business-end tool on top of this, so business perspective is big! Any thoughts?

I am getting started in learning the advantages of social media for business and pleasure. There are so many, it is difficult to tell which is the best way to go.

I am intersted in how I can help businesses... what are you looking for and what are your challenges
Arnie Goldberg Comment by Arnie Goldberg on February 19, 2009 at 11:17am
When I ask the biggest challenge for small business today...many say figuring how to keep their existing customers... I help with strategies and programs for inexpensive ways to keep customers and increase referrals
