Yes , proper food in the form of fruits , vegetables , seeds , nuts , grains , and legumes . Supplements , not in the form of vitamins , minerals , etc. but whole food supplementation . For we are not vitamin deficient in this great country , but whole food deficient - thus diseases are epidemic in number .
Prevention is the best way and the right nutrition is the foundation for prevention and restoral to health "after it breaks" .
Bill Silva Comment by Bill Silva on December 2, 2009 at 1:30am
Just keep in mind that "wellness" through clean air, clean water, proper food and supplements, alternatives health products, and exercise is still cheaper and safer than "fixing it after it breaks".

Each year, I am amazed and grateful for the way everything comes together for Simply Healthy! I have learned to mostly do the work necessary, and watch the flower open! Even as I am caught up in details, I am receiving notes from different parts of the US, from people who Practitioners who have found my info about PTSD and want to touch base on their work. One never really knows what will grow from seeds. Gratitude, much gratitude.

Healthy Chocolate!!!

My Xocai healthy chocolate is full antioxidants! Antioxidants neutralize the free radicals in our bodies that cause many illnesses and cancers. Our chocolate has the highest amount of antioxidants than any other food available. I am also looking for distributors in your area. 9 out of 10 people love chocolate, so just replace the bad chocolate with the good! It's an amazing product and is helping people everywhere. For more information, email me at coorsfamily@live.com or visit my website

ENERGY WITHIN US is proud to present the very first SELF-HEALING ACUTHERAPY HOLOGRAPHY SEMINAR in Indianapolis by Dr. Frank Yurasek PhD. (http://www.acuwerks.com/frank.html)

Perhaps an idea whose time has come.

Acutherapy can be (and should be) in each person’s arsenal to be used as Self-Healing techniques and enabling anyone to relive pain, stress, anxiety, through the art of harmonizing the life energy in the body to promote homeostasis and optimal health.
Our bodies contain energy pathways, which may become blocked due to stress and tension.
A stagnation of life energy to the cells can occur causing discomfort and even pain. Through the Self Help seminar you will learn how to harmonize and balance yourself physically, mentally and spiritually.
In this seminar you will learn the art of this ancient practice using your fingers, hands, ears, herbs, seeds etc to eliminate stress, relieve pain and balance acute and chronic health issues.
You will use your fingers and hands as "jumper cables" to awaken and stimulate the natural energy of the body, therefore facilitating its own strengthening capacity with an understanding of how your whole body is mapped to your microsystems: hands, ear, and face.
This is a 16 hour certification seminar running from Friday (8/7/09) 6:30 – 9:30 PM, Saturday (8/8/09) 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, concluding on Sunday (8/9/09) from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. (this is not CEU certified)
HIGHLIGHTS
• Understand how to map all of the body's joints, various internal organs, and spine to the front and back of your hand
• Discover how to relieve pain and resolve common conditions from the hand using magnets, lasers, and moxa therapy
Correcting excess and deficient states as a way to balance energy and prevent disease
•Eliminate stress from the body

Hey all... I'm currently seeking health professionals looking to add ancillary income to whatever it is they're currently doing by implementing a weight management program backed by a clinical study. My team is currently working with Morgan Hospital Medical Center in Martinsville as well as the Community Life Center in Greenwood. I'm based in Hendricks county and looking to expand here. We need health professionals (whether you're medically trained or fitness specialists) who are willing to learn and teach the program (and get paid for it)! Please shoot me an email if you are someone or know someone who might be interested in learning more. Thanks! amy.latka@gmail.com

The Indiana office of the American Diabetes Association will provide your group or company with free lunch & learn (or other employee presentation). 1:3 children born in the year 2000 or later will be diagnosed with diabetes in their lifetime; $1 in $5 of healthcare dollars is spent on treating diabetes and $1 in $10 is attributed to diabetes. Surveys have shown people are more afraid of shark bites and lightning strikes than diabetes! Educate yourself, friends, family & coworkers. Call 317-352-9226 or email me cdixon@diabetes.org.
