Amanda - I might be. My fiance and I have a 1-year-old Westie currently, and are looking for a companion for her. I'd love to hear more details!

Good news for puppy mill dogs!

A bill has been introduced in the Indiana legislature, H.B. 1468, which would drastically improve the lives of dogs in Indiana's puppy mills. The bill would place a cap on the number of dogs kept at these facilities, and require that dogs used for breeding be provided with exercise, lighting, ventilation and other bare essentials.

This is my Westie, Abby. I rescued her from ARF in Muncie. She is 4, and very petite... but the sweetest westie I have ever met. My whole family has 10 Westies as of right now. :) We love them!

Just noticed we have a third member. Welcome John! What is your Westie's name?

I'm in Chicago with family and had to board Maddie for a couple days for the first time. Either of you ever done that before?
