Just keep in mind that "wellness" through clean air, clean water, proper food and supplements, alternatives health products, and exercise is still cheaper and safer than "fixing it after it breaks".

I not only owe you a huge apology, but also a breakfast! If you'll allow me to make it up to you, we can reschedule. Let me know what is good for you in the next two weeks or so.

Recently I've created a 12 Subject Photoshop course for Photographers, and thought it would be something of interest to you. The course is 3 hours, 1 on 1, and you receive a handbook to go along with the course. Customizing the course by Subject is also possible. This is a great course that will benefit your photography forever. Course details can be seen on my site www.newmanphoto.net under Classes. Let me know if interested and I hope to speak soon.

Thank you, Amy.

I enjoyed your presentation. It was very refreshing to see a young person with so much passion and devotion to the health issues in our society.

What is your greatest strength?
Connecting with others and providing insights and solutions for challenges they are facing.
What are you working on?
Currently looking to network with fitness coaches, life coaches and health professionals. My wellness team is currently working with Morgan Hospital Medical Center in Martinsville as well as the Community Life Center in Greenwood. We're looking for other professionals (whether you're medically trained, life coaches or fitness specialists) who are willing to learn more and potentially teach the program.

Along with that, I also have a creative side! I own a photography and design business. I specialize in equine event & portrait photography (horse shows, horse & human portraits, etc.) as well as graphic and web design. I have found that I simply must have a creative outlet in what I do. Its just who I am.

Finally, I'm an active volunteer with Friends of Ferdinand, Inc., a 501(c)3 non-profit that transitions Thoroughbred ex-racehorses from the track to post-racing careers. I own a Thoroughbred and foster 3 others. Riding and training horses is one of my life long passions. Visit them online at http://www.FriendsOfFerdinand.org

Do What You Love, Love What You Do

One of the things that is so inspiring to me about visiting this site is learning about all the people that are out there doing what they love to do. I'm so lucky to be one of those folks loving what I'm doing! If there is anything I've learned since graduating from college and joining the workforce a decade ago is that you have to LOVE WHAT YOU DO. There is just no way around it. And so while this entry is brief, I just wanted to say thanks to everyone on this site who, day in and day out, foll… Continue

A Healthier You in 2009 is Just 12 Weeks Away

I am a Transitions Lifestyle Coach. As such, I implement the Transitions program in doctors' offices (for patients) and I also coach on private or group level. What is Transitions? In short, its a program that helps people create a lifestyle change based on low-glycemic eating, exercise and behavior modification. Its geared towards changing body composition (building muscle and losing fat). Its also backed by a published scientific study.

I want to share a testimonial from a woman who was recen… Continue
