We need to keep politicians and politics out of the schools. Period. Our kids are so dumbed down that they are unemployable. We need less distractions in the schools.

Side note: I manufacture the flooring grids shown in the picture below...keeps you from falling through the attic floor, but does not trap moisture which can cause dry-rot (You should NEVER put a solid floor in an attic - they are designed to draw...

Warning!! Shameless Promotion: I have quite an inventory of reflective insulation as a result of overruns for building projects - anybody interested in getting your attic or basement walls taken care of before the weather turns bitterly cold?

Three new inventions, two new brochures and product branding mascot/logo for two business partners who have built and tested several new machines that will cut construction costs and building time significantly in the Post and Frame Building Industry (8 have already been produced).

Planning an unveiling for this new machine called “the Framer” for mid-January! We are considering the event to take place in Anderson, IN at the Flagship!

I’m continuing to work at bringing our metal preparation products to the North American Market and am looking forward to meeting with W.W. Grainger in the upcoming few weeks to perhaps begin an association with them.

We are selling our Liberty StoneWorks materials into the state of Iowa for reconstruction of flood-destroyed homes – should floods strike again, the homes will now be able to withstand the pounding of the water as well as throw off any hazardous side issues such as mold and mildew!

We are also selling commercial buildings into various states. Our Liberty StoneWorks cuts both construction costs and heating/cooling costs.

We’re still working with agencies in an effort to get our Liberty StoneWorks materials approved for use in the Armed Forces – both for barracks on United States property and for bunkers/barracks on hostile soil. Our material can withstand machine gun attacks without “blow-through,” are fireproof and will not permit “flash” to harm soldiers within and will dull concussion. (Flash and concussion are the causes of half of the casualties in Iraq and Afghanistan).

In home and commercial construction, our materials usually do require air conditioning and cut heating costs by about 80%. Completely non-toxic/non-carcinogenic – excellent for use with customers suffering from “sick house syndrome.”

We’re thinking that we’re going to have to get another manufacturing/staging facility up and running in the near future. Demand is growing as energy becomes more of a pressing issue with cost!

I am done teaching ethics for the time being…interesting class in light of what we’ve just experienced in the just concluded elections!

I have a few paintings to begin and a few more to finish! Getting ready to design a greenhouse that defracts light so I can get an early jump on spring planting!

Exposure for new technology products in old industries. (Building Trades and Steel Production/Fabrication/Recovery)

This illustration is the last made before we'll unveil the real thing on February 10th. Shows the many features of the machine!

One of the early Framer Prototypes is shown below: Machine can auger holes even through 6 feet of frozen ground keeping production going year 'round! Lifts trusses and provides electric, hydrolic and pneumatic power to workers as they build! The Framer has a -0- turn radius and can cut crews in half while reducing construction time! Replaces skid loaders, scissor jacks, tractors, cranes, etc.

In order to make a complete thermal envelope of any structure utilizing our Liberty StoneWorks products, I now offer safe, non-toxic/non-carcinogenic Reflective Insulation Products - Designed to keep the sun's radiant rays out in the summer and retain heat in the winter.

The density of the molecular structure in these materials does not allow visible or invisible light spectrum to penetrate the structure - protects chemicals from altering chemistry and protects animals and people from the "black globe affect" of radiant energy.

Liberty StoneWorks Products:

One of our Liberty StoneWorks homes with special lighting effects and fountain -

Left exposed, Liberty Stoneworks creates a warm and inviting atmosphere for daily living!

Various Surfaces can be created to match your specific architectural need. (Shown above: Beveled Sandstone)

>"English Cottage" built partially of Liberty Stoneworks was on Display at the Indy Home Show in January 2008!

Interior Shot of Kitchen in the "English Cottage" - Liberty Stone exposed to moisture will not promote the growth of mold and mildew!

Liberty Stoneworks has a static R-value a massive multiplier and a dense "clay" additive that reflects radiant heat!

Shown above: Home built from our Liberty StoneWorks block has a static R-Value (not affected by Delta T temperature variations, or relative humidity), has a Dynamic of Massive Systems Multiplier that ranges between 1.5 and 5.5 and has characteristics similar to reflective surfaces thereby prohibiting radiant energy from entering or exiting the building. No Air Conditioning is required in this home in the summer (located in the state of Virginia) - Costs to heat are 80% less during the winter heating months! Structure can withstand wind speeds of over 300 mph and requires no wood framing or metal substructure!

Interior of Virginia House while under construction. Interior walls may be left as-is with no need to add insulation. Blocks are designed to keep wiring and plumbing runs invisible!

Tuscan Patio Set built this past summer in Westfield, IN utilizing Liberty Stoneworks. Stoneworks products are highly emissive and remain cool to the touch - even when exposed to all-day sunlight. Material is fireproof. Will not become heat saturated.
After a better-than expected wind velocity test with our products, I wondered how our Liberty StoneWorks product would be at protection against stray or intentional bullets being fired at it.

The block above was hit multiple times by several different calibered weapons. Depth of penetration is depicted by colored pens. Green: .44 magnum full metal jacket fired from 15'. Red: .45 magnum hollow point fired from 15'. Blue .50 Caliber full metal jacket (Sniper) fired from 50'. Purple: SKS47 full metal jacket fired from 50'. Note: .50 Cal sniper bullets are designed to blow through an engine block from nearly a mile away! Any single shot from any of these weapons (as well as a small-load .22 cal) will blow apart a traditional CMU block or a kiln-dried brick.
Brief Description of SOME of the International Chemical Products: After eleven years in heavy industry, we are now offering our products for light industry and soon to consumers via Retail Channels!

Welding in process on steel pre-treated with ICP -Picklex20W pre-treat chemical. Converts rust to original state, eliminates hydrogen from metal surface and converts any mill-scale to a bonding agent with the weld! The combination of rust conversion, mill-scale conversion and elimination of hydrogen creates spot welds that are 60% stronger and fillet welds that are 43% stronger. WELD FAILURES IN STRUCTURAL APPLICATIONS ARE VIRTUALLY ELIMINATED!

Once weld is completed, you'll notice that there is also NO spatter. Reduces post-weld clean-up time! Spraying the fresh bead with ICP Picklex20W will further protect the bead against rusting (Welding beads will rust and corrode faster than raw non-pickled steel)!

We also offer a product that is designed to quickly convert heavily rusted steel back to a useable state. Photo above shows Steel Treated by ICP Picklex20R (for heavily rusted steel) - Components on the right side of the photo show the condition of the steel pre-treatment. Items on the left show a much improved condition of the steel only minutes after being sprayed with ICP - Picklex20R

Steel shown above was rejected for use in manufaturing due to heavy rust, deep pits, oil stain and water stain. Was scheduled to be returned to mill for reprocessing -

Shown above: Same piece of steel inserted into a solution of ICP Picklex20R

15 minutes later, the metal is removed with all rust converted, all rust removed from both visual and microscopic pits, water-stain and oil stain also have vanished. Metal is now ready to be used with no need to waste time and energy on recycling! Metal Treated with ICP Picklex products remain corrossion free for up to five years when stored indoors in unheated/uncooled buildings - no humidity control or oiling required.
ICP Picklex Products are Non-Toxic/Non-Carcinogenic and do not qualify as a HazMat chemical
ICP-Picklex products provide the first change to managing the post-production of raw steel in decades! No need to bathe steel in hydrochloric acids, no need to "wash" corrosive hydrochloric acid from surface of steel treated with ICP Picklex20R, no need to oil surface to protect from rust! (Therefore no need to clean oil from surface prior to going to production)! No EPA issues/red-tape monitoring as our products are water soluable and require no venting or "scrubbing" due to toxic fumes.
We offer chemicals for use with ALL ferrous metals. We also have a line of chemicals designed specifically to enhance the performance of paint which typically may have a difficult time adhering due to metal composition and extreme temps/flex circumstances that the finished product may be exposed to -

What to look for very soon in retail outlets! ICP-Picklex20 Products packaged in color-coded labels to match associated tear-off technical data sheets.

Tear-Away Sheet I designed to accompany our ICP-Picklex20RF products to reinforce packaging seen in Farm and Fleet Retail Outlets - Backside of Sheet contains technical information -

Hi Arlan,

I graduated this summer, earning my MBA from the Falls School of Business at AU with a near perfect GPA of 3.94. I went through the Residential MBA program, so I studied and lived at the Flagship! My undergrad was a Bachelors in Marketing Communications and Entrepreneurship with a GPA of 3.71. I don't know if you wanted all of that information but I thought I would share it :)!

Arlan,

Thanks for getting back to me. How exciting starting up a business! I understand that you are not at a place right now to be hiring HR people. I would definitely appreciate it if you could keep me in mind when you are. Is there an email address I can send you my resume? I appreciate your help in my job search!
Thanks,
Ginger
