What is your greatest strength?
My employment history has provided opportunities to be actively involved in the business sector and virtually engaged in nearly all aspects of business operations. Over the past twenty years, I have established myself as a highly successful employee and non-profit volunteer on many levels. I have had an extremely rewarding career thus far, and I am ready for new challenges and opportunities.

Within the non-profit sector, I have had many opportunities to work with donors and volunteers; these have always proven to be productive and beneficial to the project as well as enjoyable on my part. I must say that the generous giving and compassion by the people of Indianapolis is a true asset to our great city. Another skill that I have learned while working in the non-profit sector is the art of fund development. As a Member of the Board of Directors, I have been involved in fund development for several agencies. These opportunities have included event planning, direct corporate and individual donor solicitation, and developing an annual fund raising plan as well as strategic planning.
