I like your idea about the roundtable groups - please let me know more info as you have it! Thanks!

I like the approach. As a mater of fact there might be several small groups formed from that large group, based on personalities and interests.

Check you calendar and give me few options when we can meet.
Enjoy your weekend.

Hi Brian,

SI is a cool venue to communicate with local professionals.
I like your idea of a small group of people performing like a Board of Advisors. I’ve tried several different networking groups and got an impression that most of their founders' concerns were how to get more of paying units into their group. Most of the time I was better resource for them then they were for me. I have a broad background of different things I've done in my "previous" lives. My first degree was MSME, I was a custom-built machinery designe; about 7 mos ago I Corporate America (was a Business Developer with a loooots of contacts) to pursue my passion to help healthy people stay healthy.
As a foreigner I have different vision (fresher?), have pretty keen understanding of human dynamics – very intuitive, very creative – I think I would be a great asset for this group. From another hand I can use other people view on my business practice.
I would love to get together and discuss how to create a highly functional board of exchangers. It has to be a compatible, compassioned and genuinely resourceful group of business people with their ego being leashed for the sake of each other best outcome. Synergy of the team is probable will be the biggest challenge.
How would you select people, based on what criteria without sound like bias? If what I said register with you – lets talk.
