I always enjoyed reading Fast Company magazine, great ideas and inspiring articles about small businesses. About nine months ago Fast Company changed their web site presence to focus on social engagement with site visitors. This online model change was a big step for such a successful and stable magazine. Relating to the Small Business Mindset

A little bit about myself, I’m from the big company mindset. I’m finding inter-departmental “synergies”. I’m “aligning” marketing with sales. I’m “optimizing” business processes. I’m “segmenting” our customers. Last one…I have an “employee number” assigned to me. You get the picture.
