Dana,

I would like the opportunity to meet with you and discuss what services I offer.  Please feel free to check out my website:www.autismconsultation.net.  You can contact me via the website or through my phone number 866-968-3698.  I am contemplating turning my business into a not for profit and will be considering organizations to receive my donations.  I would appreciate the time to talk with you since Autism in Indiana could be an obvious recipient.

Autism Haircut Event – August 8th – Carmel

Haircuts can be a difficult process for children with autism. Certain challenges such as anxiety and sensory issues can make this process overwhelming for everyone involved. Little Star Center, Indiana’s first center providing ABA services to children with autism, wants to make this process a little easier and has teamed up with Cookie Cutters – Haircuts for Kids, for an autism haircut event.

Cookie Cutters offers children not only a great haircut, but also a one of-a-kind experience; one that both the child and parent will enjoy. Television can be watched and video games can be played at every station! There’s even an indoor jungle gym!

Please join us and receive $5.00 off the normal $13.95 haircut price – making it $8.95!
When: August 8, 2010
Noon - 4:00 p.m.
Where: Cookie Cutters Haircuts for Kids
4335 W. 106th Street, Suite #600, Carmel, IN 46032
RSVP: To register for this event, please e-mail amandar@littlestarcenter.org or call 317.249.2242

Whether or not your child has autism, or you know someone who does, we would love to have you!

What was the response to your post about Mona Vie? My children have Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis and Crohn's, so we are trying it. Only two weeks in, so no update yet.

I know a couple friends who have autistic children, so I would be interested in what you have heard.
