- Why join Smaller Indiana? What are you hoping to experience here ?
- Connect and interrelate with other professionals. Since I've been around for a while and have a bunch of years of experience, perhaps be a mentor for professionals with fewer years of experience. OK...that sounds kind of egotistical, but I remember how important mentors were to me when I started and I'd like to return the favor to another generation.
