Thanks for connecting. Sounds like you're staying busy - great to hear it! I looked at your website and it appears you have both residential and commercial activity. My firm can perform field verification, create exhibit plans, space plans for potential tenants, and complete design and working drawings for bid, construction, and permitting. Do you ever have a chance to introduce in an architecture/ design firm to your clients?

- Things aren't as difficult as they are in your area. There are some layoffs and properties are moving slow but we are starting to see things in the real estate market pick up over the last few weeks. Someone at my office commented today that they had wondered if we would have a selling season this spring and summer but had received 3 calls to list properties. Inventory is high, we need to get those hesitant buyers moving!

As I was listening to comments about the President's visit today I thought of you and wondered how things were going up there in the real estate business. I know that they have been hurt badly by the number of companies that have had to lay off and have gone out of business. I'm sure that it is really hurting all businesses. I can understand why you would be thrilled to get a decent offer. Hopefully, it is one that you can get to closing.

- I have to agree aout Smaller Indiana. Fortunately, I do live in the Indy area and have seen where the bulk of activites are in the Metro area. I have also found it a little more difficult to follow than some of the others. As for Ping.fm, I was made aware of that last week and have been using it some. It just depends on what in particular I'm posting. Sometimes different posts work for better for different venues.
