Being able to take a client's concept (typically very non-technical) and translate that into programming language for my development team to execute.

Leveraging interactive media (i.e. Flash, video, html, etc.) into innovative ways for companies to gain a competitive edge. Right now I am working with a variety of companies to bolster their training and development to create eLearning and online training solutions.

Hey John, Sorry I just now saw your reply to my post about the parrot head club. If you go to www. PHINdyphc.com, you can see some info about us. We meet on the 4th Wednesday of the month at random places around town. We do some charity work, enjoy talking about anything Buffett, etc. It's a great group to hang out with and catch up during the meeting. We're working to build up our charity work, but more than anything, it's just a fun time together. The next meeting will be at 21st and Shadeland's Damon's (inside Holiday Inn) at 6:30p on March 26th.
