Maggie's Little World

Maggie's Giving Back!

So that time has again to start my helping out the world. To those of you who do not know what I do from time to time, I do some charity work here and there with a group called the Jaycees. I am actually running for President for 2009. Our first project for 2009 will be St. Baldricks Day in Feb 09.

This event consists of bands, beer, & the most important part--PEOPLE GETTING THEIR HEADS SHAVED FOR CHILDREN'S CANCER. So here's the thing--for the people signing up and taking donations to shave their heads--if you collect $3K (all peeps shaving heads) and bring all of your peeps out to spend more money that night--I Maggie Murry, crazy as I am WILL GET ON STAGE AND ALLOW SOMEONE TO SHAVE MY HEAD! -- I would like to make at least $5K-$7K total that night. To the person who brings in the most donations--I will let you take the first strip of hair off down the center of my head.

More information on the event to come!

Maggie, thanks for the invite. Had a great time. I have to protest that I was a bit over-served, but it was still a lot of fun. I do not however want to see any Grape Flavored beverages for a very long time.

Maggie, I have to agree with Lorraine that you should put more info about yourself and your picture (she and I are related so of course it's in my best interest, but nevertheless...) Also, join the RAMP group.

Good talking to you at the Chatterbox on Wednesday about gas prices in Saudi Arabia. This picture doesn't look like you though.
