Improving Restaurant Sales Starts with the Customer!

Today, someone mention an old Chinese proverb to me. It went, "If you get knocked down 7 times, stand up an 8th time." This statement rings true in any restaurateur’s ears. To many times, we battle the P&L without looking at the true goal, which is to provide great products and quality service.

Sometimes, we complicate things too much. For increased sales, we make each customer's experience out of this world.
