Michael,

Thanks for the welcome...six months ago! I love the speed with which modern technology allows us to ignore others! (I was a little bit unemployed at the time and kind of stressed, but that's no excuse for not replying to a friendly shout out.)

Also, thanks for the comment on my work and education. I love to seem interesting to others! If you are still interested in hearing about my masters thesis, I will put some thought into it. I am fairly confident that I can explain it in 50 words, but if not, would 56 or 57 be ok?

Thanks again,

Jeff

HeNever been there Browning Moutain, but read what is available and tales from several who took the trek. Their comments "has a mysterious feel,," "our Stonehenge" several Native American friends, who believe from their visit, a sacramental place. One of 27 summits in Brown County. Are you a hiker? Pete

Hi Michael,

In response you your comment/question, I have been doing consulting through Aspen Impact for six years. I started the firm after holding director and officer positions at Harvard and in the Indianapolis Mayor's Office, and after being a management consultant for PricewaterhouseCoopers. Since my academic background focused on business strategy (MBA and BA) and education and social policy (second master's degree), I realized I could provide management and strategy guidance to both businesses and nonprofit organizations. Given what you do for a living, it might be interesting for us to get to know each other. What do you think?

You got it...mainly the lenders, but real estate brokers as well. It really depends where the house is-or what stage it is in

It is. When my son, now 29, joined Scouts years ago, we were asked at his first meeting to stand and recite the Scout oath and laws. I probably hadn't said either in a couple decades, but once started, the words just rolled out. Amazing. I assume you were a Scout. When? Where? Troop #? Rank achieved? Favorite campout?

Thank you for the kind welcome. My writing tends to be in the features side - I do a lot of the home decor stories and human interest pieces.

Thanks, Mike. I'll look into both of those. Do you ever attend? How is the crowd?
