What do you want in a Real Estate company? Is lowest cost your biggest consideration?

You may not be in the market to buy or sell now, but if you were, what would be your first thoughts when considering your representation?

"I agree completely. I don't think it is right to tax someone more just because of how much they make anyway. I think that the only way to correct our system now is to stop spending. Being in Real Estate, the $8K tax credit helped boost the…"

"Well, I am not sure I would rope travel agents and Real Estate agents in the same category...a $5,000 trip is no comparison to a $300K house. :) People will always ask for advise, the same as people still go to "edward jones" before they…"

Michael Weaver replied to Pat Coyle's discussion What will the Internet kill next?
"I am not sure what the long term effect will be on the Real Estate industry, but I believe we will become more like stock brokers. People find and research properties using the internet. However, I believe they trust us to help them make the right…"

"Well I totally agree, about the holding someone to their standards. That is why I started to take a stand, and speaking out about what I think. I may be wrong in something I believe, but I think it is worse to not stand for something."

Hi Michael,

Welcome to Smaller Indiana. I think you will find this is a little different then most Social Networks. The community is active both on and off line. Check out some of our groups and events for information on what is going on around the state.

Thanks for adding a photo to your profile. We love to see the people we are talking with!

A few tips as you get started:

We love interesting conversations in the main blog, so please use that section, for questions, thought provoking ideas and interesting observations. The forums work best for business promotions, job hunting, employee finding, and event promotion. You can also list events in our calendar section.

Make friends, reach out to people you know, and introduce yourself to people you don’t! I look forward to reading your posts, and perhaps meeting you at one of our many events around town!

--Allison.
