Chris, monotouch generates C# code when you create gui's with Interface Builder... So generally it designed to use C# however I have hear that VB will work. DLR languages are not supported. Not sure about Boo.

For what it's worth, I was in the beta for MonoTouch and I have used it to create an App. I really like it.

They are probably swamped. .... I sent an email to devenroll@apple.com way back in December of last year and got back a response (from an actual human) in about 3 days.

I say you take it to one of the local AT&T stores, they should be able to get it working for you... it will require a new service plan though. good luck!
