Actually there is a burger at Scotty's that includes Peanut Butter in addition to jalapenos, bacon and cheese. Haven't tried it personally, but a friend has had at least two (while in my company) and swears by them! I believe it's called the Shewman.

A few things to consider before joining Smaller Indiana:
