What is your greatest strength?
I tend to be very organized and try to anticipate peoples needs as often as possible. I am detailed oriented and I love the anticipation of putting on an event. I also enjoy taking on challenges.....a passion of mine has always been the environment and how we can do simple things in our daily lives to protect our surroundings.
What are you working on?
I am helping create an innovative dinning experience with one of Indiana's great chefs. Back Yard will be opening in Broad Ripple and will be open for corporate team building events, cooking classes and private events. The concept is "reservations only." We want to reach out to those who wish to help support their local farmers as well as keep their carbon-foot print to a minimum when eating out.

The 7 (good, bad and a bit embarrassing) things about me........

Clay Robinson tagged me so I guess I should thank him and then continue with this ........

1. I am from a small town in Alaska called Homer. I did know Jewel (the signer) personally, but she would not know who I was now, and no, I did not know Gov. Palin.

2. I was a deckhand on a fishing boat and managed to pay for college with the money I earned for 4 summers in the fishing business. It was not "Deadliest catch" but we did go… Continue

Hello Staraya, I missed Cheff JJs dinner because I had already
accepted a dinner invite from a client friend whose parents were in
town from New Zealand. Loved their accents and "Pacific Basin"
point of view. Please keep me on your call list. Would love to finally
meet you. Question: since you know Jewell/her music, have you
listened to my music on my page? My songs, my voice, my guitar.

So that I can check it out in the future, what's the address for the Back Yard?

Thanks Staraya! I had an AWESOME time at that dinner. I think the future is bright for Indiana's artisanal food producers! Thanks for the message!

Hey Star,

Thanks for the note about the KIB. I have it on my calendar and will try to attend the event. Did you have a good trip last weekend? Funny to randomly see you and Clay in the terminal as your rushing to security. I made my way out to San Francisco for Bay to Breakers. I posted the insanity (pictures) on FB.

Also, I have a new friend that is from Alaska (lived there for alot of summers with her family), and I wanted to introduce you two. Let me know if your cool with that and I will make it happen. Her name is Jenna.

Have a good weekend!

Staraya : With your upbringing and strong Alaska Heritage , a good friend of mine who works at Gaither Family Resources (Alexandria , In.) spent many years in Alaska and raised 5 or 6 children there . She hopes to be at our May 14th Event as she has a strong passion for health and wellness and is quite involved with our program . Bill Price .

Staraya : Thank you for the update and for trying to work on your schedule . Re. my Website , did you have a chance to see the various abstracts and Journals with the 14 Research Studies on Juice Plus ? I'm sure Dr. Phillips will note that at some point in his talk while encouraging folks to eat healthy foods , as close to nature as possible , fruits , vegetables , seeds , nuts , whole grains , legumes , etc. . As an ER Doctor he saw the effects of our SAD ( Standard American Diet) ; thus , his passion to make a difference in his focus on Prevention . If you have any questions or comments , Please let me know . Bill Price .
